With an hour booking for €20per person this time should give you a chance of 3 x 15 minute spells in the sauna with a 5 minute interval each time in the sea to bring your CORE temperature back down. Our sauna can sit 6 comfortably with the possibility of two more (8) for group bookings. I’ve not met one person yet who has regretted this experience.
